An automatic operation system for sulfate free process is introduced in detail. A simple and low-cost method is introduced to obtain stable process, operating conditions and coating properties, so as to improve performance and reduce operating cost.
Using this equipment can further improve the coating performance and prolong the solution operation life. This operation equipment automatically controls the process and can operate the solution indefinitely. The system consists of a series of automatic program controllers, which can monitor and control up to three chemical nickel process solutions at the same time, including nickel concentration, pH, temperature and solution level. In addition, the control device can monitor the density (specific gravity) of the solution. When the solution density reaches the preset limit, the device will automatically start to draw out the solution, and then make the necessary supplement and maintain the chemical nickel process within a stable density level. This operating device can stably operate the plating solution, usually within 10 metal cycles (MTO).
The continuous production equipment can improve the production capacity of the electroplating plant and reduce the operation cost by reducing the open cylinder plating solution, avoiding the shutdown period of bath passivation and significantly reducing the waste liquid.
